Pomodoro Timer

Have you tried the pomodoro technique for productivity?

Pronounced poh-moh-DOH-roh and developed in the 1980s by an Italian college student using a tomato-shaped kitchen timer, the Pomodoro Method is a time-management strategy which breaks work down into focused, 25-minute intervals separated by short, 5-minute breaks.
